Prior to first visit please download and fill out:

  • Appropriate intake form
  • Consent to treat
  • Acknowledgement of privacy policy
  • Record release (optional)

Please fax to (603) 465-2746 or bring to first visit. Bring any lab work you think is important and a list of current medications/supplements. Looking forward to meeting with you!

First Visit

The first visit is a chance for the Doctor to conduct a thorough history and physical exam, as well as order lab work if necessary. It typically takes a little over an hour. An individualized treatment plan will be given at that time or at a later date pending lab work results.

Follow-Up Visits

This visit typically takes 30 minutes. Lab work will be reviewed at this time. It also serves as a check-in to monitor progress of the treatment plan and its impact on your health. Modification of the treatment plan may be made depending on response and progress.

This is an opportunity to be introduced to naturopathic medicine and how it can benefit you. Please feel free to contact the office with questions anytime. Please be aware that no treatment advice or diagnoses can be given at the time of the initial consult.

Acute Conditions Visit

In the current economic climate naturopathic medicine is very helpful and affordable for those who are currently without insurance. A 15-minute office visit for acute conditions like cold, flu’s, and other common complaints are comparable to co-pays made in the conventional doctor’s office. Naturopathic doctors have the training to diagnose and treat many common complaints with natural medicines which are safe, restorative and effective. Naturopaths also have prescribing rights for common medications when necessary but typically do not use as the first option. If so they are typically partnered with natural medicines with the goal of reducing side effects and/or duration of treatment with conventional medications.
