
Dr. Greenspan, founder of Greenhouse Naturopathic Medicine and licensed Naturopathic Doctor, received her degree from the National College of Natural Medicine and a bachelor of science from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon with a focus in psychology. She worked in social work for many years in crisis management and victim assistance before returning to school to earn her doctorate. Currently she serves on the Board of Naturopathic Examiners for the State of New Hampshire.
Dr. Greenspan has a strong interest in treating Lyme’s Disease and cancer support as well as women’s health, environmental medicine including using intravenous therapies as a supportive treatment for many conditions. She also enjoys general family practice and working with many chronic/acute health complaints. Her focus in the management of acute and chronic disease includes but is not limited to autoimmune disease, endocrine imbalance (menopause support, PMS, adrenal, thyroid), digestive, and metabolic disorders in people of all ages. Her goal is to focus on the cause and find solutions which are individualized.

Dr. Esther Perreault, a native of Massachusetts, attended Wesleyan University and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2000. She then spent two years in education, working with elementary age children and teaching junior high school science before completing her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies with a concentration in Exercise Physiology Research at Springfield College in Springfield, MA where she received the Distinguished Graduate Student Award. She received her medical training at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ, graduating with honors, followed by a preceptorship in Naturopathic cardiology in Scottsdale, AZ.
Dr. Perreault is a Naturopathic general practitioner with an emphasis on cardiovascular disease, autoimmune conditions, thyroid and other endocrine disorders, metabolic disturbance, weight management, nutrition, wellness and preventive care. She believes that focusing on the root cause of disease as it affects the entire person, and educating patients, empowering them to take control of their own health is the power of Naturopathic Medicine.
