As licensed naturopathic doctors, Julia Greenspan, ND and Esther Perreault, ND use safe, reliable natural medicines to assist the immune system, not suppress it.  We work with patients of all ages with a focus on family practice. We are also one of very few clinics in New Hampshire using nutritional intravenous therapy for supportive treatment with several different health complaints. 

Disease has many different causes leading to a state of imbalance which can create suffering with no resolution. Imbalance happens due to an accumulation of toxins, poor nutrition, improper digestion/elimination, poor sleep patterns, chronic infections, and most importantly a lack of fun.
