Dr. Miriam Mendelsohn is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician. Her philosophy on health begins first and foremost with listening to patient needs and ensuring individualized care during every visit. It is her intention to provide a safe space to all, cultivating warmth and trust between doctor and patient.

Although Dr. Mendelsohn is licensed to prescribe pharmaceuticals in the state of New Hampshire, she also prescribes herbs, vitamins, minerals, and diet and lifestyle therapies to address patient concerns. In addition, she is a strong believer in the therapeutic benefits of counseling and talk therapy.

Dr. Mendelsohn graduated from Bastyr University, where she spent many clinical hours studying with a multitude of well-respected Naturopathic Doctors and at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She continues to pursue educational tools, including Integrative Mental Health training and various extracurricular classes.

Dr. Mendelsohn received her bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College in New York, where she studied art, biology and psychology. Here she explored her lifelong fascination of cultural studies by pursuing classes and lectures around gender and sexuality; this insight has allowed her to better support current patients. In her free time, she expresses her artistic side with metalwork, printmaking, painting, and textile arts.
